I love the idea of this mod. My only problem is that I've already used the 4 custom slots and need more now! How easy would it be to increase it from 4 walls to 8 or something like that? Is that something I could do on my own by just copying files/folders or would I need to use something like FO4/CK?
First I'd like to say, great mod! Love the idea. The white walls is perfect for my "White Lotus" theme.
My problem is, after making a huge wall, I notice that NPC's do NOT want to use the structure I made. They refuse to go onto them. Is this a navmesh issue?
Also, would love if full sets were made, EG including foundation and such.
Can you make a version that also does with moriartykain's Custom Concrete Walls with Window Glass? (it's a remake of cartman1975s Concrete Walls with Window Glass mod) link: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22425/
it's just a use them in my builds and would like all the walls to match
A quick heads up. This mod will not work with Cleaner Concrete Structures. C.C.S over writes this one no matter what you do with load order etc. Shame, I wanted to use the brick walls.
It's a shame that happens C.C.S is a good mod. I try to make my mods unobtrusive, but some mods change a lot of stuff so it gets a little complicated making them compatible.
So, after installation, where exactly should I find these new concrete parts? They're not in my regular Concrete menu nor in Homemaker's Concrete section...
They should be in the same section as the vanilla Concrete walls. I don't like to add new menus and always try to use the vanilla sorting system.
I have tested it with other mods, but mods are tricky things. I always download the files I've uploaded and install them to test they are correctly assembled.
If you still can't find them check the files are in the right folders in your fallout 4 folder on your system. If they are then the only other thing I can think of is to try moving the mod in the load order, I always test new mods at the bottom to see if they conflict. I will check the mod on my end (aka completely removing it from my system and reinstalling it) but every modded game is different and you never know what will happen.
Okay. Thanks for the reply. I'll have to check then, as I have around ten or so different Concrete menus from different stand-alone mods with their own injected menus...
Forget what I was blabbering on about... I mainly use concrete floors and of course didn't find anything in there as you have no floors, only walls.
Must add all the walls have the same textures, namely the regular grey stones. Only difference is that one of the four pieces has an orange, rusty edge, while the other's edges are grey/blue-ish.
That's sounds like another mod overriding something. Most likely a mesh alteration I think. That or something in the routing structure.
I used the vanilla nifs and system structures to make the mod and avoid conflicts but some modders go at things less delicate. When you installed the mod did it ask you to overwrite any .nifs?
I would try moving the esp up the load order above other concrete mods, giving it a higher priority. But test how this affects the other mods before you save your game. Always make back ups of your game first, before trying a new mod.
My mod should not interfere with anything as long as someone has not done something crazy with there mod.
Your esp overwrote cartman1975's Concrete Walls With Window Glass. All other concrete mods I have come in their own injected menus. I'll check load order.
And back-ups? Had almost a TB in save back-ups of FO4 but threw them all out recently. NMM's folder and the game itself have several back-ups in case something goes awry
That's very odd cartman uses a very different structure to my mod, I am very familiar with his. In fact I use it alot. It can be seen in most of my screenshots.
It should not have asked you to overwrite any of his files! I'll keep looking, to see what I can do.
I don't think you have understood the section (How To Replace The Textures), it has nothing to do with installing the mod. Its to show you how to replace the mod textures with textures from other mods.
To install the mod I suggest using the nexus mod manager.
To manually install place the files in the appropriate file directories of your fallout 4 location.
I hope this helps, I have added some (how to install) text so others will hopefully understand this. Sorry for the confusion.

Fallout 76 has wallpaper and happening across this mid reminded me that I wanted vanilla Fo4/Fo76 wallpapers to build with.
Cheers.
Thanks a lot :)
Thanks.

That is a plan for the future, but at the moment I am having to work on some personal stuff thats going on.
So It may be some time.
But I hope this will not put you off enjoying my mod.

Have a good one.
E.K

But thats just the way with modding.
Of Course I like your textures ( okay the skulls are a little bit...), but it is nice to have the possibility to change them easily.
Did you still have plans to add floors ? That would be perfect...
Not downloading yet; just tracking for now. I'm hoping that you'll add in the concrete foundation and concrete doorway.

Please let me know how this turns out.

be sure to manually change the file name :?
