I have my doubts that this question will get answered but can't hurt to try. Does this move where the dress is crafted? Otherwise installing this removes the option to craft the dress in the chem station with no other place to craft it as far as I can tell. It doesn't remove the dress, whilst testing the issue I checked the chem station without this installed, saw the dress was craft-able where it is supposed to be then made it and put it on. After that I exited the game, reinstalled this then relaunched the game finding myself still wearing the dress and that the I was able to upgrade the dress as intended but it was again missing from the chem station.
It moves the crafting location to the armorsmith crafting table under "outfits-dapper". Took me a minute to find it. Can't customize the pieces or color of the dress though, if it matters to you.
