I hope can set up mod were your character is child can sleep in beds child size even set down any were child seats. I download were play as child and some mods does do work play as child beds.
I do have a question for you; Would you be willing to make few of these chairs assignable ? So that we can manipulate the behaviour of children in our settlements as we wish.. Something simmiliar to mama murphy's chair.. ??
I can confirm, there's not a single mod on nexus that gives us assignable chairs so if you would consider doing that, you would be the first!
I can do this, but anyways: There is a mod called School Desk - Child Settler Work Station by frogprincess_q4 at http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17106/?
It includes assignable child and teacher desks, and some school furnitures like blackboards, which is the more "realistic" thing to assign children, all desks increase happiness.
If you want children using this seats, you must put them near a bar, or a drink fountain (vaultec workshop), or near to a "relaxation marker" from "Build Your Own Pool by Akarnan".
But i can make assignable a couple of chairs if you really want it.
Here's another suggestion for a mod that might be unique, AFAIK, and one that I would definitely use: Let mama Murphy stand up and walk around and do stuff once in a while after you make her a chair.
(A trip to the toilet every hour would be funny. And maybe the odd trip to an abandoned house for a hit of Jet.)
If you have a high enough charisma and or perks you can convince Mama Murphy that she doesn't need the chems and that she could be useful in other ways. She can be assigned to gardening or whatever else. When I first did her quest, bringing her the different chem and then she suddenly died I never again contributed to her addiction in following games. There are a couple other mods I would recommend as well, to give settlers things to do to add to immersion. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7010 and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20442
If she's unassigned she will walk around and do various things.
One of my favorite mods. I like having kids in my settlements.
Question, in one of the pictures it shows them sitting at a table with an umbrella, I haven't seen that one. Am I not picking the right table, or is that one not included? Just curious. Thanks again, it is a great mod.
The chair and the table are separated objects, if I recall correctly the chair is called "stadium chair" and it is in the chairs menu, and the table in the tables menu. Note that the dinning animation only happens at certain time of the day, about 9pm.
Edit: It is possible that you need to have Picket Fences #5. (Weston Water Treatment Plant)
With this Mod, do children only use the children chairs then or do they use adult chairs randomly ? And do adults try to use the children chairs or did you exclude them ? Thank you !
LOL, no, I wasn't kidding. I meant sitting animation markers. They're "invisible" in-game. My crazy idea is, if there were kid animation markers in the workshop, you could position a "sit here" marker on a vanilla couch or chair.
Like this mod, except for kids: Invisible Furniture http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13343/?
Paddy, here you go; http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20651/?
Exactly that what you want you can find in this mod ! Beside that you have more awsome invisible markers for regular npc-s and there is a few workstations who also act as invisible rugs but you can assign npc-s to it.. That mod certainly gives unique animation markers and workstations that aren't present in any other mod ..
Thank you Popay. We meet again! (I just saw your comment on another mod page. I gave you a kudos!)
I'm already using Settlement Markers in a new playthrough. It's really cool so far. I have barely used most of it. AFAIK it only has one animation for kids(?), just a sit-on-the-ground.
I'm not really looking for a kids furniture mod anyway. It was just a suggestion.
If there is no model to scale, the only thing i need to do to is copy this mod as is, copy the entries to other mod with different id, check the checkbox for "Child can use" and add a condition "isRace HumanChildRace == 1" on every marker (invisible furniture) so you can assign them to child, and voila, this mod would be usable by children in 30 minutes.
I love this! Do you think you could maybe do the church benches? I built a raider church and I'd love to let the children sit in the church as well as the adults.
