This is the only one for vanilla lights that didn't seem to cause CTDs or bugs. For the DLC lights: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12020 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16866/
Has anyone used it with Workshop Framework. i Added this mod and the Shortcut to Curie mod. Loaded my save and got message saying WorkshopFramework scripts where overwritten.Had to download workshops fix.Which has to be last in load order. That then killed 1 of my LL mods that needs to be last in order as well.I did unistall both above mods but still got script over write message and only got workshop to work with there Fix file.Just a heads up
Yes! Works great, just downloaded. I recommend the long and soft option to better approximate how the human eye would perceive the relatively low wattage settlement lights at night, lighting up a greater area.
I like this mod A lot. But it makes all the metal textures in my game go really low. The lights turn a bronze after a while as well. I have over 200 MODS that all work fantastically together but this one. I love texture mods and lighting, so I am sad that this mod doesn't work.
been using this along time but now all the sudden all the added lights to the workshop are no longer showing up any clues as to why this would happen the only thing ive changed/added to my load order is the eco and combined arms overhaul Edited/////// had my mods mixed up i think. this one doesnt add anything just brightness right? to the work shop lights, ive been using this and the mod colored workshop lights forever now together no issues but seems once i installed the eco mod with accompanying combined arms overhaul ive lost both my brightness and the colored settlement lights any insight would be appreciated ive changed the load order to see if it would fix but no go
I just want to clear up the "It does not seem to work anymore" comment. The mod worked on the latest patch of the game, and the game hasn't been patched since then. I'm using it in my own game in 2023. So I'm gonna say this is a problem on your end. Could be a mod conflict, bad download, no way for me to know.
Gets the job done however a little too well. Lights will shine through floorboards between floors and sometimes may make furniture look wacky. Also affects lights in non settlements (I think- not sure) which ruins my sneak archer build but is good if you're afraid of the dark.

I won't be editing DLC lights; I 100%'d Fallout 4 so I've moved on.
