   I know it hasnt been updated in a while but this looks sick, wish Bethesda did this for the settlements.. just more immersive stuff I guess

   Tab for CLL is missing entirely and I've reinstalled it like three times and checked my load order.

   great as it is. Isn't the tax the right to take anything they produce from the workshop? Extra food/water, scrap, and caps.

    is it one rental notice per settler? Like for my settlement build, do I place one rental notice on the building or room of each residency?

       You can do the tax board if you want everything to be one-and-done, otherwise the choice is yours how many rental notices you want to do, AFAIK. I've done one for the whole building, one for every room in a building, etc.
       
       I think I prefer the tax board though, just hit everyone at once.
