Now all hunting rifles are invisible in both inventory and on weapon's workbench... Can't equip or modify them, thou they show up in merchants lists as vertical dots.
There's just one thing that is bugging me in this mod: it doesn't show the weapon name properly; there are just 3 vertical rectangles instead of the name. Prefixes work, renaming the weapon works as well, it's the core name that is broken.
"just dropping the esp into the data folder didn't work for me"
Did you also modify the plugins.txt found in your appdata/local/Fallout4 folder?
EDIT: Adding UpgradedHuntingRifle.esp to the plugins.txt file got it working so you can include that info for a manual installation. It should be set to read-only after you're done modifying the file so that the game doesn't refresh it since people claim that can happen.
if you are in the beta, they disabled mod activation on purpose so people stop giving them feedback based on mods/hacks like we can see now (thx youtube videos explaining mods to brainless idiots) everytime your launcher start it disables all mods, they also removed the mod selector from the launcher the only way to stop that is to select your mods with the manager then set the .txt files to read-only and then launching the game
Awesome! Always bugged me that a goddamn .50 was so weak.
Since you're editing the rifle, any chance for a range boost? Even at actor fade at 75%, it seems the standard rifle's bullets disappear somewhere en route to the farther-out targets.
Great suggestion, but currently I lack the competence to make many edits outside of damage without a creation kit. I'll expand on this mod if I develop more skills before the Gecks release!

Question : Will this mod conflict with mod Weapon Balance Overhaul by The Iron Rose
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2463/?
Also If I could suggest, you should put 4 different versions up there 25%,50%,75% and 100%. Give people the choice
unless it's to much work ofc ;P
