Play as everyone's favorite cantankerous cartoon curmudgeon, Eustace Bagge from "Courage the Cowardly Dog"!
Starts you off just before you step onto the elevator in Vault 111, so you can change your stats as you wish. This was made with an unmodded Fallout 4, so you shouldn't require any additional DLC or mods.
Besides a few miscellaneous junk items I picked up on the way to the elevator (I didn't grab everything, so you'll have to get them yourself if you wish), this pack comes with the following items to start off with:
-Newsboy Cap
-Welding Goggles
-Suspenders and Slacks
-"Me Mallet" (vanilla sledgehammer with the Heavy mod attached).
