- Simplified Sorting 1.0 (included)
- this version gets rid of all external dependencies, and includes my own AIO sorting solution made from scratch, my icon library, own regex and XML configurations and tweaks to some SWF files
- Simplified Sorting is a vanilla-friendly sorting mod that doesn't change naming conventions, doesn't include useless bloat or personal tweaks, but does carry over all UFO4P fixes
- the weapon tagging module is completely conflict free and uses only vanilla keywords and a filtered ruleset for detection of all weapons (also modded) without the need for patches
- example for extended functionality of weapon module: if you add a rifle stock to a pipe revolver, pipe pistol or bolt-action, it will become a rifle, if you add a scope to a hunting rifle, it will become a sniper rifle
- a few things are covered that no other mods include: overlooked unique vanilla weapons, single bottlecaps and all unique DLC weapons and armor
- the sorting allows even huge inventories to be sorted on full non-filtered view, meaning all items of the same type stay together because of type-specific tagging
FROST Simplified Sorting 0.55p05
- the patch now uses Simplified Sorting's tags and keywords
- added tags to all crafting menus
- fixed the leveled lists so aid containers and survivors don't drop components of Antiseptic and Cloth, but the misc item counterpart instead, the components are only used for workshop internals

Unofficial Patch Project Team for Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
DESCRIPTION
This originally started as a sorting patch for FROST, but with the horrible state of sorting mods for Fallout 4 I felt the need to make my own standalone sorting solution. The goal was a more streamlined, vanilla-friendly sorting mod that covers the whole game and all DLCs with a single plugin. I also wanted to get rid of the need to use AWKCR as it just contains too much unnecessary bloat.
In addition to the features of the main plugin listed below, Simplified Sorting includes my icon library DEF_UI Iconlibs Rescaled and Fixed, many layout fixes for the DEF_UI interface files, action script additions to hide tags where there's no icon support, custom regex rollups, a merged translation file to get rid of the F4SE requirement and an INI loaded with the main ESP that automatically applies the necessary settings for all interfaces.
Features of Simplified Sorting:
A standalone version of Simplified Sorting for those who don't use FROST is available in the optional files.
REQUIREMENTS
INSTALLATION
Load order example for Simplified Sorting and FROST:
NOTES
Simplified Sorting is not compatible to AWKCR or VIS, it replaces them completely. You should still be able to load AWKCR above Simplified Sorting if you have other mods that require it.
The way FROST works makes it impossible to have 100% coverage regarding tags and sorting from the start, as instance naming rules just work on newly spawned items. As you load a premade save in FROST, some armor and weapons will have no tags until you update them either by dropping and picking them up again or modifying them in the workbench.
Be sure to report any problems you may find in the comments!

- zero changes to base game records other than added tags and keywords
- untouched vanilla naming conventions
- streamlined grouping and tags, inspired by the vanilla game
- tab and rollup configuration that keeps frequently used items on top and excluded
- filtered INNR rulesets for dynamic detection of weapons and armor
- conflict free weapon tagging system that uses vanilla keywords for detection
- dynamic detection of weapon attachments that change tag and icon accordingly
- minimal amount of added keywords for armor and clothing where it was necessary
- includes many missed generic and unique items other sorting mods still don't cover
A standalone version of Simplified Sorting for those who don't use FROST is available in the optional files.
