About this mod
Mod makes a settlement out of the Tradecraft quest location at DIA Slocum's Joe. Fast-traveling, new look for the interior, less rubble, new navmesh.

:: SWITCHBOARD SETTLEMENT ::
Original file by RockJB, this mod clears out most trash and items from Switchboard and turns it into a settlement.
I changed a bit of things around, undeleted and disabled all deleted references and recreated the navmesh.
:: REQUIREMENTS ::
• Fallout4.esm
!! ONLY INSTALL THIS **AFTER COMPLETING TRADECRAFT** !!
You need to not have precombined objects disabled in your Fallout4 ini files:
Set these in your Fallout4Custom.ini:

bUseCombinedObjects = 1
bPreCulledObjectsEnabled = 1
:: GENERAL ::
As always, I made this for myself and it's built according to my preferences (hence some stuff around the interiors are left untouched).
- I've not tested if it works as a raider settlement.
- Remade the Switchboard navmesh for most efficient building
- I added showers and made the restrooms a lot nicer. Use your workshop mods to add toilet seats and working sinks
- Swapped some walls and colours around to make the place more A-E-S-T-H-E-T-I-C
- Rebuilt the precombined geometry
- If you have leftover NPC corpses, turrets, etc. around and want to clean them up, select them in the console and write "disable"
(if you accidentally disabled a wrong thing like a mist blob, just write enable to bring them back)
- You can Fast Travel in and out of the Switchboard. There is a mapmarker.
- Enemies will spawn at the pipes' location downstairs
Choose between two versions:
- Semi-clean. Some leftover debris, consoles and shelves I left to give it a not pristine, more lore-friendly, yet "settlers worked to make this place tidy" feel
- Totally clean. Removes absolutely all furniture, computers, clutter, debris, papers from the floor and even some dirt decals
:: KNOWN ISSUES ::
- Supply lines work but they don't show up on the supply chain map
