Had a lot of fun with this one .... but be warned the mod list is rather....long... and I assume if you know how to add all these your an advanced user and have a thorough build menu , so install wisely and remember to make a clean save before adding several mods at once. Read each mods description and requirements and mind your load order..... and as always endorse the mods you enjoy the required mods for this settlement are all wonderful building mods and deserve to be endorsed for the hard work they have done.
