   betterstores mod is also used , from bethesda but is not required , adds some extra neon lights and couple nicknacks in the bar area , and potplants in the greenhouse , but these items can all be replaced with other stuff , like a normal fridge instead of the nuka cola one etc

      when you hit Download it will give a mod list of required mods before it starts to download with links to each , will also need betterstores mod / not on nexus
