Removes deceased cat spotted by user TSThrillwell in the swamp area south of Quincy
The mod no longer edits the character Roxy, a human member of the Atom Cats. She is adorable, but not a cat.
Now moves deceased cats out of bounds rather than deleting them, as the "Deleted" flag seems to cause problems when save data is already present regarding an object's position
