I know there are a few different mods that do the same thing, but these are my personal tweaks to the Vault-Tec Workshop lights.
Fluorescent lights have increased range and are a bit softer, to help you cover up dark areas easier.
They also have had their intensity toned down a lot. The lower intensity doesn't make it any less bright indoors, it just smooths out the crazy eye adaption the game has. It also tones down that hazy/bloomy look that you can get when you put too many lights in one area.
The red, green, and white wall lights are a bit softer now and look better in hallways and such.
This mod is included in Clarity.
