   FInally! A mod that tweaks the lights so they don't leave the ceiling pitch dark while the floor is brighter than the sun.

   cant wait to test this mod.
   
   Honestly there are other really well made vault-tec workshop reworked light mods so this may get useless in many cases.
   
   Surely its a well made and accurate studied mod, if it is even more performance friendly than the mod im currently using u can bet this will become my favourite one.
