If you like the mod: Endorse it!

Load order hitting the limit? This mod is set up internally to be an ESP or ESL, you can change the file extension as you please.

Blurry textures on some skins? You need the 2k or 4k skinpack at gumroad.com/niero

Editing the textures more to your liking? There are two critical things to do before you can open the textures in Photoshop: 1) Make sure to unpack the Ba2 files with the official Archive2 Tool. It should be in *steam*/Fallout4/tools/Archive2/Archive2.exe. The textures of this mod are packed with high quality BC7 compression, which the community BAE tool can't unpack correctly. 2) You may also need to update to the latest version of the intel textureworks plugin for photoshop: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-texture-works-plugin

Hello! Just want to say great work with this mod!

I did find a bit of a bug. Whenever I have it equipped or even in my inventory and try to use an armorbench, I get a CTD. I am not totally sure what would cause this but it is only this armor. I tested by disabling other mods and then using the work bench. Are there any mods that you are aware of that might conflict with this one?

    Thx in advance!

Niero you are absolute total legend. I just discovered your mods some weeks ago and the work you do is completely outstanding. Thanks for everything you do.

Niero, is there a chance you could make an optional file so that the Oni hologram becomes more visible? I am playing at night and I still can't see the Oni hologram turn red like in the GIF you posted.

Here is a small mod that does that, its mostly untested though : https://mega.nz/#!OJoTHQpA!V2EUMqAZOpkSKRI4zeJBYLsly6DmMLuwVz-io4TTp_w

It requires the cross_2077.esp be an ESP.
Let me know if that works.

Hi Niero. Thanks for replying and trying to help!

I downloaded the mod you shared in the link. I uploaded it to the Nexus Mod Manager. I have both the original 2077 mod and the one you shared in the link running in the game and the result is this:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hv9MN5-dQz4

Before I only had a very faint "blackish" shape of the mask (I could only, barely, spot the horns). Now I can see the shape of the mask better and the shape instead of black is of a clearer color.

I still can't get the mask to look as cool as it does in your description with that nice red color for the mask and the yellow/white horns.

Perhaps there is something I am doing wrong?

Take it to the armor bench and mod the style, that mini mod should add an extra option.

Niero, I had tested the first file you uploaded but when I came here to write you my impressions I realized you made that second update to the SolidMaskAddOn and I went back to try it on so it took me a while to write you back. lol

      1) The first SolidMaskAddOn:

      - I got the mask to look transparent and red closer to how it appears in your description. This is the closest I've gotten the mask to look as it appears in the description but the mask is still not quite there yet, I uploaded a video showing the result:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6qCYU79sm8

I have to make note that this is the "default" Oni headset. When I select the Oni (Solid) nothing shows for the mask, not even the shape of the mask.

      - The Armor Workbench became messy with the first version of the addon, not allowing me to exit modifications for the headset when I enter to edit the headset a second time. Also, the second time I go to the Armor Workbench to edit the headset, the headset tends to have the modification options for 2077 jacket.

      2) My impressions of the "update" to the SolidMaskAddOn you shared here, the last mod you shared:

      - I disabled the first SolidMaskAddOn and installed the second SolidMaskAddOn and the default Oni version of the headset and when I go somewhere dark it has a fainter, harder to spot, reddish Oni mask compared to the one from Version 1 of the addon.
      - When I go to the Armor Workbench everything works fine, I don't get the "Stuck in the Armor Workbench while modifying the Headset" bug I had first.
      - When I select the modification "Oni Mask Solid" the Oni Mask is always on, it is not a hologram anymore and it shows even when I put the player character under direct contact of light as is depicted in this video I uploaded:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LQxYMAksfI

I would like to note that I am playing the game with no enb's, no modifications to light or anything. Perhaps I don't get to see the hologram properly because I am not using a specific enb and I am playing the game with vanilla lightning and darkness?

Oh ok. I completely understand. I was initially wondering if there was a way to get the mask to look as red as in the gif in the description while still looking somewhat transparent like a hologram. Something close to how it looks in the gif when the character is closer to darkness than he is to light in the gif. As in making the hologram a little more red, the horns a little more white, and yet somewhat transparent.

But Neiro, if that is way too much trouble I completely understand and I really thank you for trying to lend me a hand. Neiro stay awesome with all your incredible mods!

Are both add on files required, or just the second one?

For that little mini mod? No. It just re-uses the assets from the base mod, so it will work with the lowres textures exactly the same.

I don't see the free skin pack anywhere in the link provided.... all I see is a 2k and a 4k skin pack that cost a dollar each ) :

It's supposed to be but you can never seem to get it to download. Wish they would just put it somewhere that actually worked.

I have a question, but I installed this MOD using MO2. Up to this point it's the same as usual, but if you put a skin pack in this MO2 MOD and rearrange it, a warning will appear. This is "my environment", but if anyone knows how to solve this problem, could you please let me know? The files with hashes cbfb459b0f047c9 and 692d9afbb6cdb26 in "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4\Data\CROSS_2077 - Textures.ba2" reside on a different BSA. There are a lot of things like this.

By the way, the skin pack itself is applied well.

Could anyone confirm if this mod works well after updating it with Bethesda's 4K texture update?

Hey man, first off, absolutely stunning work for this mod (and others as well)

However, can't help but notice that in one of the shot, seems like you've used a body mod (Seen below:)

Would you be kind enough to share which body mod you've used for this image?

So I'm playing with the Galac-Tac mod, and both the main vest of that mod and this jacket use slot 41. I've tried to edit the slot it's in, but if I put it in any slot other than 41, it doesn't show up at all. Would you be willing to make a patch for that kind of thing? I'm not exceptionally experienced in this.
