VAFS Redux by Itzal713
This is attempt to replace VATS system with bullet time. Based on great VAFS - VaultTec Accelerated Focus System by Ashnal. Since I wanted use MCM hotkeys, I decided to completely rebuild the mod from scratch, adding some new ideas. Mod Configuration Menu is now required, as well as F4SE. F4SE and MCM are essential for this mod to work becouse it's using their function. MCM allows to configure many features of the mod to be more to your liking and set-up your hotkey to play with VAFS.
Focus
- in other words bullet time / slow time - activate to slow down time around you
- how much is time slowed depends on Perception, perks and equipment
- any effect with VATS accuracy replaced with VAFS slow factor
- activation cost AP and while active drain AP/s (all configurable)
- while active: attack cost AP (depends on VATS cost) (config); +20% non-auto hip-fire accuracy; -20% dmg (config)
- deactivated with no AP, on weapon switch or scripted slow time activation (like perk Nerd Rage)
- when other slow time effect is active (Jet, Nerd Rage...), Focus won't activate
Critical
- separate crit meter - fill rate depends on luck
- using Crit make you next attack (~3 attacks with automatic weapons) Critical Hit
- using Crit in Focus replenish AP (2x passive AP drain in VAFS before any reduction)
- using Crit outside Focus slow time by 50% for next attack
- Widget requires HUDFramework to be displayed
Perks / Items
- any VATS related effect modified to have VAFS effect, including all perks, weapon and armor mods, consumables...

MCM Hotkeys
- hotkeys to activate Focus and Critical are accepted only without modifier (can't be used Shift+Q ...)
- abilities from perk Awareness and VANS can be activated with separated hotkeys (with or without modifier) or by default with same hotkeys for Focus and Crit using method tap/hold
- hotkey to configure/reset crit meter widget while playing (tap to configure, hold to reset)
:: KNOWS ISSUES ::
- character can't melee attack in 3rd person with Blitz perk while moving - game issue tied to move speed animation
- firing auto weapons in 3rd person in VAFS drain AP ~3 times - again issue with 3rd person animation

- NEW: Changed how is mod initialized, added debug log traces and ingame notification for player - should prevent improper installation.
- NEW: Crit fill rate is readed directly from weapon like AP cost, any weapon mod that changes fill rate is now compatible (not perks).
- NEW: Awareness now shows current / full HP, player is now excluded from its effect, becouse using it in vertibird shows player's stats.
- Mysterious Stranger now use custom sound when entering - it's shortened vanilla version. If you now want use different sound, you need to change .wav files inside this mod.
- VATS enabled/disabled wasn't changed ingame if changed in .ini file.
- Ricochet(rank 3) works for VATS crit meter with enabled VATS - chance is separated from VAFS.
- Dispell/block Focus while VATS is active.
- VAFS version of abilities are now blocked in VATS.
- NEW: (optional) consumables that can be used instead of hotkeys.
- NEW: (optional) separated hotkeys instead of tap/hold hotkeys.
- NEW: When using hold hotkeys, perk abilities are blocked in VAFS (not for tap hotkey or consumables)
