All settlement buld areas are now lexpanded to the borders of settlement fence lines (exceopt Obarland Station).
Gussied up the secturity spot lights, construction lights and some interior lights to visually transition better from off to on.
Tweeked some residual light issues in Sunshine Tiddings (light sources that I missed deleting). Added more static collectiosn in all settlements to improve game performance(?)

Added significant happiness bonus to all settlements (tired of settlement happines dropping everytime you assign a droid so this is my way to address this issue).
Minor tweaks to navmesh for all settlements.

Minor tweaks including grouping statc items when possible, into statice item collections (to improve game (fps) performance).
Reworked the settlement generators (gave them a new look); tweaked many of the interior furnishings for the residential buildings.

Applied filter for cleaning and Undelete and disable references for the mod (special thanks to Printerkop....and thanks as well to PayL0ad)
Re-did the interior lghts: switched the light fitxure forms fo the 'off' version so it is compleetly dark when lights are switched off. Changed default lighting to a vault light version which is less bright.
Added: working interior lights, fireplaces. Added: automatic closing exterior doors. Added: working guard station mats. Added: Happiness bonuses for settlement resource items (will see if works)

Fix navmesh issue at front gate of Somerville
Introduction:
It always bothered me that there was never an option to build player settlements utilizing the Garden of Eden Creation Kits. These G.E.C.K.s would be found within the surrounding vaults within the Commonwealth and could be used to build secure and functional settlements. The former vault residents in Fallout 1 (New California Republic) and Fallout 2 (Vault City) used their G.E.C.K.s to build their settlements when they emerged from their previous underground sanctuaries.

So this mod is my further attempt to build settlements within the Commonwealth utilizing the technology of Vault Tech.

Information:
This is a major expansion on my previous released mod Oberland Station Settlement (G.E.C.K.) so I decided to release this new one and start off at v1.2 to reflect the changes and additions I made (working interior lights, working fireplaces, automatic closing exterior doors, etc). If you have the Oberland Station Settlement (G.E.C.K.) mod installed, I recommend emptying all containers (dressers, bathroom mirrors) that came with the mod first, then save and exit, delete mod then install this new one. I made changes on most of the containers adding items within them and making them so they don't re-spawn..
