Hi everyone, I’ve just woken up (it’s 3:30am) and realised I think I left the player rest stop bed out of the packaged files. I’ll double check when I get up properly and upload a fix if I haven’t!

I know it's been years since you've touched this mod, but is there any way you could possibly make a version that has the garage in the worldspace? I really don't need the player home and the garage space would be prime real estate for crafting booths.
I installed the mod but the problem is the vanilla house wasn't gone. the new house just plop over the old one and for that i can not access the top floor and the whole house looks bad dose any one knows how to remove that vanilla house. please ..
Same is happening to me, I tried reinstalling with no luck. Also the dad and the daughter can't be assigned to anything + daughter remains static without doing anything, usually on the same spot (near the radio in the kitchen). It's weird because I use almost all your mods and this is the only one with the weird issue, and I have it almost at the bottom of my LO so nothing is overwritting it...
EDIT for some reason the daughter is now missing and navmesh is kinda odd, with npcs trying to walk through walls. Also the assign problem is with crops originally from the mod, if I put something new like another crop or a defense post works fine, at leasy with the dad, still can't assign the kid to something else.
I’m not sure why this is happening. Do you have the DLC requirements? Do you have another mod installed that edits the same cell? Have you installed this mid game after you’ve already visited Somerville Place?
Yes, all DLCs, installed before visiting Somerville. The only mod I think could be making something (because it's somewhat near) is one that overhauls Gunners Plaza (int & ext) but I tried switching places in my LO with no luck.
The mod depends on assets from Snap&Build, even tho SnB is not listed under requirements. It's probably not intentional. But if someone doesn't have SnB installed, they will get the missing pieces on the greenhouse.
I didn’t even realise I had SnB installed, it wasn’t even in my load order. Must have had assets left over from a non complete uninstall. Thanks for letting me know!
I'm cleaning up the navmesh right now and have added the missing pieces. Can send you the updated mod in a few, if you want. EDIT: Ah, but I converted it to ESLified ESP, too. So it won't be compatible with the regular ESP. =( Still, let me know if you want the ESLified version.
If you're using the new Galac Tac Retribution, nothing game-breaking will happen and I still use Femshepping's mod because it's the best Somerville out there. You will, however, have one small problem and one larger problem using this settlement mod:
* A document necessary for one of your missions is in the wall behind the couch. I solved this by using TCL to slip in and grab it, and all was well.
And (spoiler below)!
* Due to the status of the settler family you won't be able to complete the mission for the settler. However, Ghost asks you to find people to settle and farm the location and to establish a supply line to the FOB, giving you another use for the settlement outside of the Minuteman storyline.

I'm getting really bad lag whenever I look in the direction of the house/go inside it. Other parts of the settlement are fine but whenever I look at the house my frame rate drops significantly. Has anyone else experienced this/know of a way to fix it?
I do like your revived settlement files, a lot. They are too many slots as separate entries, though. I know it's a bother but I can't help hoping for a combined FOMOD to put the lot in or ESL-flagging the files.
