I am also having trouble with the "two in one" glitching that is probably a load order conflict. I'm probably going to go through my mods and figure out what is causing it eventually, but was wondering if anyone here had an idea of where to start to look for conflicts.
Mod looks great. I just have one question before I download. Since the windows show whats outside, when it becomes night time will it show darkness outside too or do the windows always have sunlight shining through them at all times?
please tell me how to remove fake lighting from windows and window frames in fo4edit? what is the name of the lighting and gobos file that I have to make initialy disabled? I don't need these fake lights and shadows, I've been looking for years, but I turn off the wrong options all the time
I don't remember what they are called, its been a while since I last made a mod for FO4. But it would probably be easier just to use the creation kit to delete them.
Nevermind. Thanks for your answer. I tried Creation Kit, but I didn't figure out how to work with it. But I practically solved the problem with shadows in F04edit. Your mod doesn't have this "Lights" tab, but it's what you need. It works crookedly, the curtains still can't cover the light, but the shadows in the window now come from the characters and objects next to the window. I am writing for those who are interested and who understand at least some of F04edit: you need to open the Fallout4.esm Light tab, find 0012B4B7 with the name DefaultLightWhite01SpotNoAttenGoboPlugC in it. This is all that is connected with this particular window format. Next, you must transfer this line to the mod, where there is a Light tab, or create a separate ESP in order to edit the window. After transferring 0012B4B7 to another ESP, you should pay attention to what is in the left columns of the description, namely: DATA-DATA\ Flags (Sorted). Click on it twice to open a window with items. Uncheck NonShadow Spotlight and add Shadow Spotlight. P.S.: you still won't be able to curtain the windows correctly, but you will get an imitation of shadows not only GOBO (texture) of the lattice. Editing the DDS file itself will not give you anything.
I think I must have an incompatibility, because mine looks like the old place, with some of the new stuff placed into it. The elevator is blocked off by a wooden board, all the rubble is still there, though there are walls placed over the holes (that conflict with the old walls and do that weird mesh flicker bit that is annoying.)

It's a shame this can't be done to Mystic Pines, because the interior is as horrible mess thanks to the terrain.
