Found a reproducible bug with the ammo counter: If you convert any of the weapons to use an ammo type other than the default on the weapon the ammo counter will still read the amount of ammo from the default.
Workaround: If you have the following amounts of these ammo types in your inventory when using an ammo conversion that changes the ammo used then this bug will not occur: - 60x 5.56 - 36x .308
We will work towards an actual fix but this will have to do in the mean time.
I know that the Misriah Armory Mod was removed from Bethesda.net but someone managed to actually bring it back yet for some reason it doesn't work for me. Just constant freezing and crashing whenever i hover over the gun i pick up from the technician. So that means no equipping it, no scrolling past it and no dropping it from inventory without freezing the game and crashing it! Idk if you guys still working on this or not but if so please fix this. Also its a shame bethesda removing all the halo mods like Siera117 and Misriah Armory it sux! I really liked these mods! Big halo fan so I was really disappointed to come back from my break to find out Bethesda took out two of my favorite mods! Hopefully they leave the other halo mods alone.
Seems like NovaFinch is quite uninterested, but for anyone who's willing to learn something, If you make a patch for the M45, the shotgun can utilize shotgun death animations.
Bethesda has a set of animations that play based on what weapon is inside the formslist, and if mod authors were aware of it they should have placed their shotguns into the correct catergory. Then your shotguns use the shotgun set of animations that enemies react to correctly.
Simply take the FormID in either CK or FO4edit, and place them within the Formslist. You will need to add the weapons and their ID's inside of FO4Edit as well or else it won't register.
Add in .50 cal sniper rifles in their too if you want to really send your enemies flying!
Hey, I tried to message you via PM but it says I can't PM you Nova... also says all your posts are locked on all your uploads. Not sure what's going on there, however:
Could you -please- get along with making ONI into an actual playable faction? The Oni Scout in Concord, the base hidden under the castle, the loading screen concerning the Olympus Mons... it all seems like you are actually bringing the UNSC to the Commonwealth (Outer planet, long left alone by the UNSC?).
And, to be completely honest, both my wife and I want this so bad that it makes us tremble to imagine being able to be greeted in that hidden base under The Castle by some Lt of the UNSC and actually being able to do ODST/Spartan quests, perhaps ONI companions, etc. One would assume if ONI is actually starting to take an interest in the planet Earth that they would ally themselves with such factions as the Minutemen (who would share their goals of restoring peace and order to the planet), and perhaps attempting to get the Institute to step from the shadows to actually begin helping to rebuild perhaps?
The story, of course, is yours. One wouldn't think they would be Brotherhood favorites, however, but what ever you do we would enlist and happily help ONI with their mission on this planet!
Would it be possible to refine the Thermal vision scope? The problem with it is the thing your targeting is a blurry blob and makes pinpoint accuracy difficult. Also, and this isn't a problem but more an idea, is it possible within the game engine for you to use Thermal vision to see through walls? Would work well with penetrator perk.
This is a fairly minor thing, but in third person, most of the rifles (specifically, the MA5D, the M392 DMR, the SRS99, and the Stanchion, along with the BR55 and MA37 from that pack) have the right hand hold the rifle in a conventional rifle grip style, rather than holding the rifle's pistol grip. You can see it in the mod page screenshots as well. There's a lot of clipping and It looks very awkward.
The SMG and shotgun don't have this issue.
No idea if this is something you plan on fixing, but I thought I'd let you know.
Sad to report that this mod was removed from the Bethesda site. I am unsure why but I am hoping it gets fixed and re applied! I would hate to miss one of my favorite mods on the Xbox Fallout 4 game.
I have an issue with the reload animations for the m45 shotgun. Sometimes on rare occassion it will reload the correct amount. Other times I cant reload at all. Sometimes Ill load one shell and all 6 will be in it again.
This is amazing, would you possibly consider adding an optional file of removing them from the crafting bench & placing them as uniques in the world?. Either way, thanks for this, absolutely incredible
