Description: Empty ESM files with the same names as the official DLC files, used for avoiding issues with some mods unnecessarily requiring DLC.
Why I made this?
Fallout will not load ESPs with missing dependencies even if they are superfluous.
As far as I can tell, both FO4Edit and the CK will not let you edit ESP files that are missing dependencies. --- Therefore you can't even delete the dependencies unless you have them installed.. Hence these files.
How i used them:
Add fake DLC files
* Open CK and delete unused master dependencies from mod
Save
Remove fake DLC files
Rejoice
* You should consider using the 'Clean Masters' feature from xEdit for this process to avoid accidents.
