As of Version 1.25 this mod now requires the full version of VoiceAttack (Only $8 USD), sorry for the inconvenience but to really make this mod how I (and probably the community too) want it you need more than 21 commands.

I highly suggest watching the setup video. he goes over how to set up the program to detect your voice better. You really need to only watch the first 10 minutes of the video or so.

Gahhh I see why I can't get it to work, I'm using a controller and so the keyboard controls are disabled. I can't find any kind of support for controllers to edit the commands either. Oh well. Brilliant idea though!

There is controller support in the program you just have to enable it in the settings or something

I tried that and it didn't quite work the way you would think. It pushed the button but the grenade didn't throw unless you clicked the left mouse button. I can add it back in if you want me to. Just a heads up on how it would work.

I'm currently at school so I can't add anything to the profile for a few hours as the file and program are on my other laptop.

Just update my mod that I use with DarkWolfModding's profile. I just added 2 grenade voice commands that will allow you to switch grenade via saying the grenade name. Also can say Next Grenade and it will cycle thru the grenades in your inventory.

I have uploaded a widget for PypipboyApp I am working on that has a VoiceAttack plugin + profile that allows for voice commands to interact with Fallout 4 game.
Right now it can fast travel via location name and get directions to a location. Also can set a home location for easy go home command.
Plan is too add next inventory equipping via saying item name. And many more features.

Interesting mod. Anyway to get a spoken dog meat commands version? That would be awesome.

All this program does is press keys that you define using voice commands. So I'm not sure if it really can do it the way you want

If that would be possible down the road, I would love to scream "GET HIM" at 3am just to have dogmeat attack savages.

I'm not @ my pc so I've not checkd it out yet but yeah it would be cool. HaVing 1 word commands for his attack...fetch..search etc would be great in removing visually his commands. It's not that annoying but I hate seeing it if I so much as look his eay thou it's super helpful.

When creation kit comes out I am sure commands can be given to followers as it was done for FO3 and FNV. So all have to wait is for that and then just set VA sequence for what ever hotkey it uses.

I'd be most interested in the ability to switch between favorited weapons...that way I could keep running like the cowardly scav I am and not have to stop to swap out an equipped weapon. Probably would mean dedicating a hotkey to a specific type of weapon, I assume? "pistol" "shotgun" "rifle" etc.?

Would work by setting the profile to use a certain number hotkey. For example saying 5 for your shotgun but you'd need to keep your shotgun assigned to slot 5.

I could just have it where you say "Favorite slot 0" or something similar to that and it will use favorite item in slot 0. I could add this feature in version 1.5.

As I have said multiple times now from here on out this profile will require the full version of Voice Attack for it to work properly and as intended.

Actually, I just sussed out a way to swap weapons while moving with my Steam Controller. I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye on this mod, though....looks like fun!

You have to have the program Point to Fallout 4 Try this solution click the combo box next to the profile one. just click refresh when fallout 4 is running and click fallout 4 and it will apply all voice commands to fallout 4.

I highly suggest watching the setup video. He tells you how to setup your computer to listen to you better. Its because you probably never set up windows voice recognition which you need to do for this to properly work
