why on earth would you add MORE damage to this thing? literally looking for mods to nerf it as it has WAY too much damage by default... literally one shots everything on survival, fun to use but definitely too strong.
Nerf the damage and slow the rate of fire a bit, the real need in terms of mods for this is the ammo pool size and it's range / velocity those are the biggest issue that is fixed by this mod but the rest makes it very unbalanced and lacks fun.
have to agree, damage are damn decent but thing severely lacks in range and the ammo cap is ridiculously low, 6 shots by default, 12 with the extended tanks
So did the damage ever get that nerf people were talking about? Don't wanna bother buying dlc and downloading it if it's just gonna make me one-shot everything (might as well just use 'kill' command)
Can I just say, thank you for this mod. That range was absolutely horrible on the regular creation club version. You're doing god's work, making it into an actual ranged weapon as opposed to a glorified molotov tosser.
I would like to say, that in my opinion that damage buff is SUPER unnecessary. I already thought the gun was overpowered (even with it's trash range) due to it's sheer damage (it's still really strong without this mod), especially for how cheap and abundant the ammo is. Combine that with that crazy fire rate you gave it? I think this breaks the gun a little too much for me. If I could make a suggestion, I'd lower the fire rate by half or so, and if anything I'd nerf the damage of the original just a little bit for balance's sake. As it is right now, it's a little too broken for me to wanna use.
Great mod though, I'm glad somebody had the same thought as me about the range (and especially so recently, too many dead mods these days). That was one of my favorite sights in fallout 3, charging up on some enclave boys and seeing fireballs coming at me from half a mile away, it was a pure bliss and terror all wrapped up in one. I'ma be following this mod in the hopes you nerf it a bit, but I'm super looking forward to if you do.

It's never a bad time to update - NMM (and I assume Vortex) shows when mods have a new update - so it just tells people to hop over here to grab the latest version!
