I think I understand why the staircases where not there but your comment removed, what is that? Did you really post something that was removed? If it is so, it could only be the site managers (who are known to be authoritarian) who did it. But without telling me about it would be exceedingly cavalier. So JohnnyGunn, are you sure you 'successfully' posted a comment that was removed? If so, was it a troll type of a comment (I doubt it greatly of course, but I ask because I like to understand mysteries)?
About the read or no read issue, the description pages of my settlements are way too long for me to expect people to read them entirely but all is there in case they need explanations or a solution to a problem they encounter later. So JohnnyGunn, when I taunted you about that, it was a rhetorical/funny way to introduce my answer to your post (yeah, I like to gently provoke people, hihi).

EDIT: It is your versions of any mod that are used when you install a blueprint. So, I don't understand that demand.
