Unfortunately not. I stopped playing fallout 4 for a while, and now that I'm back I've taken to forwarding problems like this to BenRierimanu  so they can be fixed as part of Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP). In fact, everything here plus a whole swath of other things I found are included in version 0.58 of PRP.

I'm sorry to ask. Do you use the unofficial patch? Because I get none of these. At least none I could visually verify.

I actually submitted these to the official patch when I made the mod two years ago. They accepted some of them, but many have been ignored. The rest were just picked up by Previsibines Repair Pack (PRP) the other day, and are included in v0.58 of that mod.

Sounds like you have broken precombine and previs generation for those cells. You likely have a mod that changed them rather than adding to them (which breaks precombines) and another mod later in the list that adds to them and resets the previs data. Causes all sorts of weird behavior where bits and pieces vanish and reappear as you walk around.

Are there any specific bug fix mods that aren't included in UFOP or within this Glitch's fixes mod? (such Alpha fixes, glow/wetness shader fixes, etc) At least that you are aware of? I'd rather not double up on something that is already fixed if possible.

so this mod isn't a glitch fixer, it's an object/terrain repair sort of thing?
For a moment there I thought you had a solution, such as "unofficial patch" but without the DLC requirements.

It is, of a sort. Mostly the name is a pun based on my username, which I've had for a very long time. But yeah, mostly it's geared toward fixing minor mapping errors that get missed or ignored by the unofficial patch, and submitting them for inclusion into the patch.
