Created by the United States Space Administration under the guise that they would someday come face to face with a unknown exterrestrial threat, they sent a request to DARPA, the United States' premier group for creating cutting-edge technology for combat environments. DARPA created this special suit in response, as part of one of their finest suits for intergalactical combat. Using state-of-the-art fabrics and technologies, they created this suit, in conjunction with ArcJet Systems. As a result, it's both suited for agile movement and rugged close combat. What's even better is that DARPA was permitted by the USSA to publically release the blueprints onto the public, allowing conspiracy nuts and tin-foil wearing maniacs to properly defend themselves. All you need to do, is just get some cloth...
