   I have all the requirements and my game recognizes the files but it still doesn't come up in the plan selector

      This happens sometimes. I suggest you go to simsettlements.com and let them know. Their mods has some bugs and they may be able to help you to get it to show up.

   I have all the required DLC and G2M Workshop and have tried with both the esp and esl and it's not showing up for me, either.

      Your download history shows you have Sim Settlements installed but not G2M

      I downloaded G2M - Workshop on the 29th of March 2020, the other requirement for this, if thats not the correct one then I dont know

      I have every DLC, Sim Settlements and all other mods such as ROTC and Industrial Revolution as well as G2M

      Not really sure why it doesn't work for you. It works in my game and this is the only report I have of it not working.

   This looks really good and super immersive, since there are train tracks going through the settlement.
   
   Does this require a new game though?
   
   It doesn't populate the list when picking a city plan. I tried the esp and the esl. I really want to use this.
