It literally took me this long to find this mod. I'd given up on any sort of immersion like this since FNV. I'll never understand why Bethesda adds latrines and working showers to the game. But couldn't be bothered to add these immersive features? SMH.
I have found that food and drinks do not increase the peeQ or poopQ variables at all (over a week in game and installed and reinstalled twice after the initial week). Manually increasing these variables do let the things happen though so the issue seem to be with detecting food / drink use. It is working with CWSS as well and get RADCON notifications using CWSS items and if I manually increase the variables but nothing when eating or drinking. I have tried all sorts of foods (pretty much everything I can find in game and via console) but with no luck.
Use 'help radcon 3' to bring up the global variables Look for 'RADCONBladCur' and 'RADCONBowCur' use the following console command to set them: set <globalvariable> to X Give it a bit of time for the mod to 'process' things but it will work. You can also monitor these to see if the mod is increasing these as you eat / drink.
I had been having trouble with this mod, as food and drink never filled either the bowel or bladder levels. But then, I realized the problem (I think). I was using a mod that makes food and drink items weightless, and that appears to make their value in Radcon 0. I guess it make's since that Radcon uses the food or drinks items weight to calculate the value added to the bowels or bladder.

Look for 'RADCONBladCur' and 'RADCONBowCur'
use the following console command to set them:
set <globalvariable> to X

RadconBladQ and RadconBowQ
So far it seems once these have been populated it starts working (it is updating when I eat / drink, hopefully it will continue to do so).
set <whatyouwant> to x
Replace <whatyouwant> by RADCONBladQ or RADCONBowQ
Replace "x" by a value, and you're done
If anything, it digests a little too quickly if you ask me
Really nice.
