Again, I copied Armorsmith Extended methodology for how I worked some of the ideas, but I didn't actually use it in the mod

Hello one and all, welcome, welcome.
This little beauty is the result of me running around as the Silver Shroud and thinking, what kind of a suck comic book character is this? After a bit of scrounging around on the web, I decided to put F04Edit to good use, and this toy was made.
What Does It Do? It replaces the costumes and submachinegun of the Shroud with souped up versions, I took a bit of inspiration from Armory Extended to make it work the way I wanted, but I only managed to get the armor to behave. The gun still won't do what I want. So I compromised.
Details: The armor can receive railroad lining and takes up no armor slots. On top of that I put some perks in it. The highest level is extremely powerful and, thanks to the ability to wear armor along with it, not to mention the ability to add ballistic weave, is meant to carry you through the highest levels of play. The hat has capabilities all its own, what I call the 'shroud effect'. The gun was supposed to autocrit, but I couldn't get it to work, so, after boosting the values, I modded the VATS critical charge rate so you can crit every shot. Plenty of power. And I got it to autocrit, it just won't punch through sleeping turrets. Use VATS critical to handle those. There is also a set of shroud sunglasses that can be found behind Sinjin in the hospital, because the shroud should wear sunglasses that highlight his foes. And before you ask, they are armored as well.
If you want to put some lore to the glasses, lets say Kent was making them as a surprise and had just finished when he got kidnapped.
Changes: Gun now does 34 damage when you get it, instead of 16. Plus every shot charges the critical bar in full. Armor has protection extended to all sorts of damage, plus 100 damage resist. Energy shielding is doubled. I gave a big boost to Agility and Perception as well. I would like to note that I modded all of the armors, not just the ones in the screenshots. Hat gives a boost to Charisma, Perception, and silent movement.
Important, very important: Do not install this mod if you have already received the silver submachinegun, it will not replace the one that you have and giving yourself the gun via console might not give you the skin. You will get the gun itself, however. Try entering pt 1b28f7 into the console, that seems to work.
Important Disclaimer: this is my first mod. As such, there may be bugs that I am unaware of, though I have done extensive testing and found none. Also, if anyone wants to give a hand in making this better, I will happily accept it. Thank you.
One last thing, you do not need armory extended for this to work.
Needless to say, please be sure to screenshot and endorse!
