Red Rocket Arcade packs a lot into a small area, with a towering arcade on top of the gas station, a boardwalk area with games, and several small housing units for workers and residents. You'll also find a weapon, armor and clothing shop on the hill that is also nice example of some of the little, clean houses you can build with some of the settlement tools.
Usually, I'm pretty thorough about decorating a space but I left a lot of empty walls, open space, and nightstands for improvisation, and the land still has plenty of room for small buildings or gardening patches of your own. Updates in the future will improve some of the decor. The placement of the clinic will likely be moved to the lower floor of the gym, and more filler added in some of the thin spots around the settlement. I will probably also remove the bed from the hallway in the gas station. The small hill in front of the garage might be a nice place for some more trees, light fencing, and some grazing items for Brahmin.
It's very fun to dress up all your settlers in outfits from Nuka World for this one.
And yes, this mod is 100% vanilla. When I set out to make my mega settlements, I wanted to be sure that anyone who saw them could recreate the settlements themselves using only what's available in the game. I felt that doing so better reflected the resourcefulness of a post-apocalyptic era, but also, I wanted the settlements to be accessible. If you're on console or simply dislike using mods when you could build it yourself, have at it. I used no special tools to achieve the buildings and decor in these spaces. If you see it, you can do it.
