Run F4SE with Vortex
Click the "Vortex" button in the top-right of this page.
Once installed and enabled, ensure you have deployed it by clicking "Deploy Mods" on the Mods toolbar.

Q: Low FPS after starging New game or game froze A: Wait longer or set OneThreadWhileLoading in HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini to false.
Q: Game is crasing! A: Install Buffout 4 or Buffout 4 NG and everything from the requirements section. Check the crash-*.log in the C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE folder. If there is a line: Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x........ flexRelease_x64.dll+......., then problem is due to Weapon Debris setting. Install the Weapon Debris Crash Fix mod or disable this setting in the game settings or in fallout4prefs.ini (bNVFlexEnable=0, iQuality=0, bNVFlexInstanceDebris=0, bNVFlexDrawDebris=0).
If there is a line: Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x........ nvwgf2umx.dll+......., then the problem is with the nvidia driver. Try clean reinstalling the nvidia driver or downgrade to a pre-445 driver series. You can find links to many older NVIDIA drivers here. bFull Screen=1 in the fallout4prefs.ini or Fullscreen=true in the HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini can help. If it doesn't help, you can try installing the Vulkan Renderer.
Q: FPS does not change. A: Set AllowTearing to true in HighFPSPhysicsFix.ini.

Im not having such a problem that i cannot start the game, but it seems that F4SE is not loading HighFPSPhysicsFix.dll, which, i assume, means that mod is not working.
Does this mean, before Adress Library is fully updated to NG version 1.10.1984 - High FPS Physics Fix is not usable?
The mod is working for the most part (downgraded fo4 to 1.10.63) but when I first load into my game or sometimes when editing the character with 'slm 14' body parts will stretch and shoot out like a kaleidoscope. It's an easy fix by just exiting out of the character creation menu and back in or changing my fov to first person and back to third person, but why does it happen? I don't think I saw this issue in the FAQ

Loading time <10s, fps>75 However the fps will drop back to 45 in an hour, sometimes after several minutes, probably right after loading a map or using a workbench or something. I restart the game, same thing will happen again. Anyone any ideas?
I am seeing a similar problem. At what seems random within minutes of playing. My 170 G-synced fps drops to a capped 60 fps. Just started looking for answers myself.
After testing and playing most the afternoon into the evening. I found that setting everything to exclusive fullscreen mode fixed my problem. Hope this helps, good luck.
if you mean the latest game update , then yes i am . Well not sure if it has anything to do with this new problem i'm having , everytime i try to install a new mod now most items are invisible . Tried installing armor for dogmeat , came up in my inventory but invisible on dogmeat . Certain items are not visible in the mods i install . IDK ??
Wow, I was so annoyed by the loading times. I got 32GB ram, SSD and 5700X3D and loading times were like 30-40 seconds. Using this mod they went down to 5-10 seconds and FPS went up to monitor's highest FPS (180). Good mod, thank you!
i tried to install it for Fallout London. but i dont get it, the f4se_loader.exe says "no Fallout4.exe". in game f4se is working (showing up in menu screen) but high fps mod doesnt run. no log file for HighFPS too. anyone who can help me out?
solved: change the options in vortex to run and downgrade F4SE to an older version (without step 2 FO:L didnt start)
