One new syringe added. ====================== Party Starter: Upon hit, target goes crazy and starts dancing, annoying everyone around (dancing target will be like scapegoat for beating). Works only on humans and sane ghouls without power armor.

Changed some properties in a couple of modifications. A little less recoil when using pressure modules. Shrouded barrels and pressure systems weigh less.
Changed and corrected some descriptions in modifications. Such like in <<Energy infusion>>, which did not have description that it also make targets panically flee.
And some minor edits.

Infusions now get additional energy damage from Nerd Rage Perks.
Pressure Systems get additional raw damage from Rifleman Perks.
Added HP bonus to ghouls from Ghoulification Syringe.

Two new syringes added. ======================
FEV: Injects Forced Evolutionary Virus, into humans blood. After some time, victim turns into a powerful Supermutant, but suddenly dies (After 30 seconds). Body explodes into pieces, unable to withstand such enormous changes outside of laboratory conditions. Everyone caught by the blast gets massive radiation damage. Recipe unlocks after finishing "Institutionalized" quest. Can also be found in loot or in specialized shops, but chance is very slim.
Ram N' Slam: Simple, cheap and quite heavy syringe without any effects except, that it deals blunt raw damage and can stagger or knock off your opponent. Best choice, if you are not going invest into Chemistry or Science. Gets additional damage from the Rifleman perks.

Two new syringes added. ====================== Pharma Prince: Upon hit, heals targets wounds and increases damage resistance. Does not work on mechanical targets and power armor users. Jailbrake: Remotely hacks mechanical targets such as robots or turrets.
