Black Ops Armor
Black Ops Left Armguard: Sold by Arturo in Diamond City: Powered Legendary effect: AP regenerates faster.
Black Ops Right Armguard: Sold by Alexis Combs in Vault 81: Titan's Legendary effect: Reduced damage while standing and not moving by 15%.
Black Ops Left Shinguard: Sold by KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor: Unyielding Legendary effect: +3 to all stats (Eccept Endurance) when at 50% or lower health.
Black Ops Helmet: Sold by Myrna in Diamond City: Sharp Legendary effect: +1 to Charisma and Intelligence
Far Harbor DLC is needed for the Unyielding effect, other than that there are not requirements.
Because this mod works off of the quest framework for Aspirational unique items, you might need to start a new game for the items to spawn in vendor inventories, like most unique items sold by vendors. The Items are spawned by a quest that runs once at the beginning of the game and then never again.
