Hello, these are so nice, thank you so much for sharing them! They've really improved the game! Is there any chance you might add a version of the powered water pump or are you completely done with making these?

Hey, just wanting to verify the permissions for the assets. You mention just needing to give credit, but on this file in the permissions section the part about donation points is denied, which is not the case on some of your other assets. Just wondering the case here.

I haven't looked yet... but is the "activate" issue with the things like the magazine racks fixable with FO4Edit? Is it as simple as a flag change? Or..... ?

Edit: Nope. Not a flag thing. Looks like they need to be added to the Container category, maybe? Wish I knew how to do that properly myself.

I believe this mod isn't updated anymore. Just use Nice Magazine Racks which is a nice (and working) alternative

Not sure if it's the same but I use Jenncave's Super Clean and Simple Sanctuary which is available in her Discord channel.  There are 3 choices.  One is the bare Sanctuary just cleaned up with no houses, 2nd is one with fixed houses but still post war and 3rd is with pre-war houses which looks similar to the pics here.  I am using it now in my own continuing story rebuild playthrough.

PS Edit:  Her files are light esps so they don't count in the load order.  Just make sure you tag them in Loot or whatever you're using as Worldspace Setting so it will be placed accordingly(oversimplification) in your LO.

Jenncave mods are something else, but be carefull with clean and smooth one that is on nexus, it is a excellent mod but breaks starlight screen, you can't fix it even thou the pop up will show but when you click to fix will fix but screen stays broken, not Jenncave also use starlight castle blue print you gonna love that one, just puts castle walls all around leaving all inside to build and it ain't castle walls like the castle but not gonna spoil the surprise you just gonna say wow lol.

I have been using "Flat and Tidy Starlight Drive" by worldgonwmad1 for years now.  It flattens the settlement, gets rid of everything and has green grass and nuka world walls around it.  Perfect for creating your own unique town.  I always just delete the nuka world assets.

I have uploaded an SMM menu patch that provides fixes for the magazine racks as well as includes a few items the author missed.
Scotty this is me letting you know I used your mod and credited you for it!

"Activate" is not the proper tag for objects like the magazine rack. It renders them useless. I suppose looking at the empty rack is an option though.

"Hey Codsworth, why doesn't the General use their pristine magazine rack?" "Well Preston, it's obvious they're a bloomin' idiot !!  Hahaha..."

Because it just doesn't make sense for your magical workshop to make a brand-new item...only for it to look rusty, aged, and falling apart.
