Turns out, there's a little more to the Shishkebob story than Mr. Finch is aware. He secretly holds one of the legendary weapons of the Irish demigod Cú Chulainn, The Sword of Light, known in its native Irish as Claíomh Solais.
You may now carry forth the Frenzied God's battle to the denizens of the wastelands.
I made the Shishkebob into an actual sword. And it's the flaming sword of righteousness from Irish Mythology known as Claíomh Solais *Pronounced Clay-uv So-lish in the Ulster Dialect. Special thanks to ladyaurora for the pronunciation!
There's not much to this. I fell down a wiki hole about Irish Mythology tonight, and decided to make a mod. The Claíomh Solais replaces the quest version of the Shishkebob, as well as any subsequent drops.
This is a complete replacer weapon for the Shishkebob. If there's any interest, I can make it a standalone, or screw around with it to make the Finch Farm one unique.
