this one is pretty basic, i tried to stay as close to a vanilla one as possible. -
I noticed you used far fewer mods this time -- cVc out here making everyone's lives easier..
also, check MDE2506's mostly colorful and modular hotchpotch and other stuff
you *might* find something cool in there too!

No wonder I loved this settlement - it's an ORODY! But unfortunately Settlement Objects gives me nightmares - CTDs so I have to pass. I am sad...

This looks really good. Very immersive. One of the least attractive places, normally. I like it a lot.

Thx! That's the sad part with this settlement, it comes with a somewhat large pre-built structure (at least larger that usual) but it's so ugly that it's hard to do anything with it... One good thing in our bad luck, is that unlike Abernathy, there's no invisible wall/floor that ruins any attempt to change the structure.
