   In this fashion, it is impossible to place any object with the help of the workshop, except for objects placed on the walls.In fact, in order for this to work, it is necessary to add the form "workshopstackableitem" with the number "1" to the object "bldwoodpsmflronly01" in the line "Actor Values".

      You can play depravity. you just have to use console commands to get past codman mission.

      I have not encountered this bug during testing, however I will try to work out the source of this issue and release a fix.
