Another 2 questions: 1) how to remove or reduce the blur effect when you look something near you, then pass to a far thing? 2) How to uninstall the mod?
to reduce the blur is dependent on the version. If using reshade and enb then go in to the re shade folder and the mcfx.cfg and increase the number next to the nearblurcurve and farblurcurve and to remove completely change the use_depthoffield to 0.
if enb press shift and enter and un-tic the option next to depth of field on the left.
I must agree that the work you put into this is amazing! Keep up the great work!
Quick question, however. I tried the " shift and enter and un-tic the option next to depth of field on the left" and after hitting "apply, the checkmark re-populates and everything not in line of sight of crosshair is blurred still. Any other suggestions? Thx.
EDIT: Disregard, it works when I don't click the Apply button!
I like this enb a lot, but the nights, are too dark, how can i light them up a bit? Sorry for my english, but i am italian, and this is my first mod i apply
I have play with some settings and i found a config that light up a bit the night, but not too much, and not so dark like the default .ini. At line IN BLACK was 0.06, now is 0.0 At line OUT BLACK was 0.0, now is 0.06 At line BRIGHTNESS was 1.05, now 1.2 At line CONTRAST GRAY LEVEL was 0.36 , now 0.00
i upload 2 picture in the images section, the darker are from default ENB, but i don't know where to find it
there is a folder called optional in the rar if you go in to that there is a folder called enbseries, just extract the enbeffectpostpass.fx.ini in to enbseries folder in your "...common/fallout 4" folder.
Alternatively, while in game press shift and enter together and it will open the ENB menu. Click on the enbeffectpostpass tab and a drop down box will appear and you will see a tick next to letterbox. remove that tick and then click "save config" near the top left.
I'm still using your ReShade only version (no longer on the Nexus, I see), which I love because even with the boosted + DoF preset, I'm pulling a solid 60fps even in the downtown. HOWEVER, I came back to see if you ever made a fix that keeps the HUD from blurring depending on the DoF. My experience with past ENB (Skyrim and FO:NV) have been terrible for my frame rates, so if you ever found a fix for the blurry HUD, I'd sure like to know.
Edit: I was reading Boris' forward for the FO4 ENB, and I read something troubling; he said not to use the Steam overlay. This is a HUGE deal breaker for me, so if I could get that fix for the blurry HUD in your old Boosted+DoF version (file name: RenVision DoF Package 1_0-3703-1-0.rar), I'd really, really, really appreciate it. It may also be a good idea to put it back up on the Nexus, as I've recommended it to my friends who are quite impressed with my screens.

I'm talking to someone to see what can be done. My shader knowledge is basic but I am studying the code XD
