Complete redesign and restart after finding out part of what I was doing needed Horizons Architect! Clean-up done using Horizons Scrap Clean-up Station only, all houses are now kept and will be used in the final levelled release. This does use lots of items for the wall alone so the build limit is best increased to 300%

My personal starting point for taking over the commonwealth in F4 with Sim Settlements 2.
So I completely messed up and didn't realise the Horizons mod was giving me the options for placement and a few other bits, due to this I have scrapped the old versions and moved to Version 3 which while still using Horizon I have completely started from scratch and improved the fortifications and build, lots more to do but this is a workable levelled plan with lots of plots placed and space for many more in the compounds main building
