- Dirty Rounds are easily crafted needing only Scrapper; cheap and widely available, even on simple non-weapon traders.
- Dirty Rounds will set speed at 0.75 or 75% regardless of further fire-speed reduction such as Calibrated Trigger or Assault-Rifle long-barrels, overriden only by Rapid-Trigger and Rapid legendary.
