Version v0.4-Beta
MAIN FILE: Updated the template provided by the framework for adding new initial Projectiles. Originally Tracer Frequency was set to 4, resulting in non-penetration. Tracer Frequency has been updated to 1, which is mandatory for penetration to work. Updating to v0.4-Beta is not strictly speaking necessary as it remains essentially identical to v0.3-Beta, with the exception of the change to the template for initial Projectiles (single record). You can make this change manually by ensuring that Tracer Frequency = 1 for all Projectiles.
OPTIONAL FILE: Fixed Combined Arms 9x39 Ammo Plugin to work with the AS Val. Now changes both the 9x39 Ammunition and AS Val barrel OMOD records as the OMODs had a SET - OverrideProjectile that changed the AS Val's Projectile to Vanilla AssaultRifleProjectileSuppressor, which does not penetrate.
DOCUMENTATION: Documentation has been updated to reflect the importance of setting the Tracer Frequency to 1 for the initial Projectile. This influences whether penetration is possible for some Toddforsaken reason.

Version v0.3-Beta
(Beta Release) The framework has been updated to be even more user-friendly. It only takes 1 step to add penetration: simply find and add the desired "Penetration/Spalling Effect" Explosion to your Projectile. It just works.
Added library of Penetration Effects and Spalling Effects that are already set up with the appropriate projectiles and damage, allowing use of the framework with only a single edit
Added wider range of templates; linear penetration effects now span the range of 10 to 200 damage after penetration (10 damage increments), spalling effects now offer a range of 30-180 shards (30 shard increments, radius adjusted)
Cleaned up internal naming for further clarity
Cleaned up Description to be even more helpful
Added Basic Use section in line with v0.3-Beta to assist those with very basic xEdit skills to make use of the framework

Archived v0.2-Alpha with the release of the mod 50 BMG Cover Penetration (.50 caliber ammunition), to prevent accidental use of the wrong version. Let me know if the Optional Files don't work with v0.3-Beta for whatever reason.

Small Update (27Nov): Added random 9x39mm plugin for Combined Arms. Also, turns out the High-Penetration ammo is available to several other Combined Arms guns, oops. Plugin applies to all of them, thus the name has been updated according.
OPTIONAL FILE: Added Patching Projectiles with Existing Explosion Demonstration. Not a plugin but a demonstration.
Version v0.2-Alpha
Added more templates/examples (10 damage - 120 damage penetrators) as well as more user tips
Cleaned up internal naming for better clarity
Added "Template added Initial Projectile" - this is to indicate that as a few types of Vanilla Ammunition share the same Projectile (AssaultRifleProjectile [PROJ:0000481F]) a replacer Projectile will need to be added to the Ammunition following this template (mainly flagging Explosion). Both 50 Cal Demonstrations in the Option File are examples of how this can be done.
Adjusted template Spalling Effect to be more potent
OPTIONAL FILE: 50 Cal Penetrator Demonstration is fundamentally the same as the previous demonstration file, but is updated to v0.2-Alpha and does significantly more damage through cover than v0.1 (120 damage), with an added knockdown effect
OPTIONAL FILE: Added new 50 Cal Spalling Demonstration which replaces the linear penetration of the other optional file with the Spalling Effect.
OPTIONAL FILE: Added Combined Arms AKM High Penetration Ammo Plugin. Requires Nova's fantastic Combined Arms mod pack. Demonstrates how to patch existing mods with the Framework.

Version v0.1-Banana
Reuploaded Optional File due to failure to test, had previously mistakenly flagged the newly added .50 Cal Projectile as Alt. Trigger rather than Explosive (the entry immediately above).
Version v0.1-Alpha
Optional File has been added which adds Real Time Cover Penetration to anything firing .50 Cal. Uses the Framework as Master. Was made in under a minute without testing, using the existing sample penetrators. Intended to provide a demonstration on how modders can utilize the Framework, but I guess this can also be used by players who want to blast stuff with big fiddy.
