I hope you enjoy :) This was very relaxing to edit together.For anyone curious, I used a custom Depth of Field setting for REACTOR ENB to create the blurred effect. Alongside some Gaussian blur thrown on in post because Nvidia Freestyle's tilt shift filter doesn't work when fallout 4 is launched in Mod Organizer 2. Tilt Shift is a photography technique that can be applied to video to create a toy-like effect when in motion. The perspective makes normal sized objects appear "tiny" in scale, and combined with speed editing can make movement seem like stop-motion.
