I know it's like the rarest of the rare plants (found only in like, 2 pools of highly irradiated water in the Glowing Sea), and I don't actually think it has a single use, but I like to grow it using mods and it's REALLY hard to see! n.nU
Love all your retextures by the way (I LOVE vivid colors) - I was honestly f*cking ASTOUNDED at how many "Mutant Ferns" were all over the place in the wild that I never noticed! n.nU
Ash Blossoms are also present in the dungeon for Children of Ug-Qualtoth if that helps... I imagine there's plants in the caverns for South of the Sea as well...
Hello Gyashaa, and thank you for this beautiful and beautifying mod. I prefer the Tropical version after some consideration, but if by common consensus you opted for the Woodland version I wouldn't cry in my beer.
My request: could you possibly touch up the fruits and vegetables also while you're at it? They look so...inedible, or at least unhealthy (for the consumer, also, that is).
Thanks in advance for considering my humble request
@Mrs. Handy: you will have noted, no doubt, that said ferns are called by Bethesda 'Mutated Fern', which goes a long way towards explained why the things blossom. In the realm of science-fiction, anything goes!
I might touch up the fruits and vegetables later, but for now I'm focusing on the wild plants. Someone's already made a healthy veg retex. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2734/?
Okay. So I thought I'd do a little experiment. I did the Mutated Fern in FOUR flavors: 1. Tropical: Very saturated with green, darker leaves 2. Woodland: Not as saturated with green, lighter leaves 3. Tropical with vanilla leaves (self explanatory) 4. Woodland with vanilla leaves (self explanatory)
Tell me what you think. Do you like the green leaves? Should I not even bother with vanilla-leaf versions? Should I replace the old versions with green leafed ones?
I LOVE the Tropical leaves I know the game is suppose to have a gloomy and dead sorta feel to it, but after playing for a while green makes the game just look so much better and much more fun!
Looks good! Can we get greener leaves, too? Also, just so you know... carrot flowers are actually white!! Ha ha your yellow looks great though, so no prob!
It really bugs me that Bethesda put FERN FLOWERS in the game though!! everyone knows that FERNS DON't HAVE FLOWERS! that's what makes them ferns, for cryin' out loud!!
Oh yes. Use the manual download. According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIT3ax454Eg it normally happens when a file is new. *shrugs* It also shows how to install something with NMM with a manual download.
