I am not planning to use this in my game (as i have my own plan for this location) but I had to say thank you for an amazing build... i saw this and thought i was on the wrong page for fallout 4 mods lol this is so awesome I cant even express what i think its breathtaking 100\10 you are so talented and have way more patience than me lol this gives me stargate Atlantis vibes... I think that's why I'm so tempted to download....ahhh but plans ahhh lol :\
this almost reminds me of stargate Atlantis the tv show, that city was one hell of an amazing display. and this looks similar to that.

there are better videos out there, but this was an epic moment in the show involving the city, but maybe these images will do a better job in showing the city.
it would be so cool to see this city in fallout, perhaps on the sea or maybe even under water, something like this. there is only one mod for fallout that does something related to the show, and that's the ring transporters, but that's only a small glimpse of the amazing things in the show.

That is a cool city and I've thought about building something similar, but that city is too big for the fallout engine. A few years ago, I attempted to build something similar, but much smaller and soon lost interest and moved on. I'm sure now I could build something much smaller, but it would be time consuming and not sure worth the effort. :)
yeah your probably right, i suppose it could be done, but most locations wouldn't really be done, but all the main areas would be done, and maybe some of the city could appear buried under the ground and only showing the middle of the city, the interior would be another story though.
Think you could do something similar in the main Commonwealth map? I always wanted a skyscraper settlement, but never got enough initiative to make it myself
These types of projects can take quite a while to build. The main reason for this one was I wanted to do justice to the location that Greekrage generously built for me per my suggestion. Not sure I really want to do another in the Commonwealth right now. Maybe you can find something I've already posted among the rest of my builds that are in the Commonwealth. The East Eden Oil Platform has a nice view, and I have a few in the Glowing Sea that have also have nice views. :)
I appreciate the reply. I downloaded some of your others. They're really neat and don't seem to require a whole lot of new mods for me. I just gotta install the blueprint mod itself and figure how to use it proper

I usually try to keep my settlements to be scrap buildings or prewar buildings that people revived like a hospital or mall. Just haven't seen a sky scraper one yet
Thanks Wertologist. On the Description tab I have some basic instructions to get you started. Transfer Settlements is a great mod, but I prefer Clipboard Resurrection because it's so much quicker. Either one will take some time to get used to, but they're really not that complicated and Clipboard Resurrection is much more powerful.
With Clipboard Resurrection and Place Everywhere you can copy almost any piece (or pieces) in the game and use them anywhere else. In Place Everywhere you just need to tap the 'Insert' key for extra objects, then highlight, click and release (they'll turn blue), and copy them into Clipboard. You can copy everything or just pieces. If you need any help just let know. :)
Thanks Giddyup73. I read lots of science fiction when younger and its influences can be seen in lots of things I build. And even more so in the things that don't get posted here. :)
At first I thought you just added furniture to a building from a mod because I wasn't familiar with The View. When I saw what that mod adds to the game and what you have here I was shocked! I'm so impressed by this! I'm not a transfer settlements user, but I would absolutely endorse this if I could.
Thank you. I suggested this as a build location to Greekrage and he was nice enough to create it for me. So, I wanted to do a good job to repay him and to show others what's possible here.
Also, if you really wanted to endorse it all you need to do is download it, wait 15 minutes, then endorse it. You don't have to use it. :)
Just quickly checked this out on a test save. I figured this was going to be good, but wow! I think awesome is a better description lol. I'm def looking forward to taking this for a full spin! You should take a crack at that new Vault 120 mod for one of your next builds. Seems like it would be right up your alley.
