I'm not sure what you want me to update. All my mod does is add keywords, and it doesn't look like the original Dr. Quench 2022 has had an update either.
My mod has no scripts, so shouldn't be affected by the Next Gen update.
If Dr. Quench updates the main mod, or you can tell me what isn't working, I can try to take a look at it.
It is most likely a mod conflict - another mod is trying to put a recording on the same frequency. There's no way I could fix it for your load order without potentially interfering with yet another mod, but if you're the least bit handy with FO4Edit, it would be easy to load your whole load order and find the conflict. You could even change the frequency yourself in FO4Edit.
Copy and pasted from the older version of Dr. Quench:
Hello all! I'm posting the steps below for changing the frequency for Quench Radio so that it does not conflict with DLC and potentially other mods with radios. Note, it is not 100% avoidable as anyone can potentially use the same frequency, but these steps and recommendation should make it somewhat unlikely. Thanks @AstroGazer for confirming it is doable via FO4Edit which means users will not need to fire up the CK, although that is viable as well.
The following steps assume you have already downloaded/installed FO4Edit and know how to use its basic functions.
Open Fo4Edit
When the list of ESMs/ESPs appears, Right-Click and hit "Select None"
Thumb through the list and check the box for DrQuenchSodaCompany.esp
[Optional] Select any additional ESPs with radio stations; masters for any ESPs you select will also automatically be selected.
Click "OK" and wait for FO4Edit to finish loading
On the left, expand the following branches: DrQuenchSodaCompany > Worldspace > 0000003C > 0018AA2 Cell > Persistent and click 0200D29C
On the right, scroll down and find XRDO - Radio and expand it so that you see Frequency
Double click the value/number entered to the right of it. If prompted, click Yes, I am Absolutely Sure
In the field for the Frequency, enter in 94.021599 and hit Enter
Save your change by hitting CTRL+S; be sure to check the box for "Backup ESPs" when saving
If you followed the optional step and want to use your own frequency number for the radio, thumb through the other ESPs to make sure whatever you choose does not conflict with the frequency of other stations.
Don't feel stupid - and don't feel scared of it either. Everyone has to start somewhere. Small, simple edits like this are how I learned to use FO4Edit.
If you've never used FO4Edit before, then you should watch some tutorials on Youtube about how to install it first. I recommend tutorials by Gopher and Gamer Poets. The process might be a little different depending on what mod manager you use (Vortex or Mod Organizer 2).
"Supporting other mods is a very involved process. Instead will be doing an update for this mod very soon that will feature Sunset Sarsparilla and a couple variants scattered about the world. "
They just posted that the same day you made your request, so you ought to contact them and see if they're willing to do it while they're upgrading.
Awesome. I never expected to be credited. I have to admit to having a genuine soft spot for Dr. Quench in any event; The song list includes After You're Gone, the Bioshock Infinite opening version to be precise. That was literally the first song I heard when I first tuned in and it blew my socks off!

The above link is to the mod page for Doctor Quench Soda Company 2022.
Hopefully Sunday or Monday (maybe before but no promises) I'll have time and can update if needed.
