I present you my upscaled and leafed versions for the ElmAtlas texture set.
Up-scaled to an 8K resolution (using ESRGAN) and added sparse leaves, extracted from the prewar version. It comes in 3 color variants: Green, Red and a mixed color version. All in 2,4 & 8K. As a "bonus" there 4 & 8K version of the original too.
The 4K grn/red/ylw version being the 'main' version, all others are optional, but you don't need it as each file is complete.
Just grab the version(s) you want.
Extract or copy the zip file content to your fallout installation's .\Data folder
