LOL at my eyes/monitor! For some reason I only read the title in your preview pic, not the one above saying 4k. So at first I thought you were making a humorous statement about stupid mods replacing Bethesda's wooden bridge with sturdy steel & concrete ones - made in self-righteous ignorance they'd be more realistic, unaware it's a real bridge! But by flicking back and forth and reading your words about no to 2K, it finally dawned, even on me, this must be a 4k offering beyond mortal potatoes...
I knew the North Bridge was a real place even though I'm British. Lest anyone still need disabusing - it's the site of the first shots of the war on 19 April 1775, hence the statue (to the first Minutemen who fell). Here is a link to the US government's FAQ website. Though the original bridge was replaced in 1788 and rebuilt a few times since, they try to stay faithful to the original model. The one in-game was built in 1956.
Lol "a 4k offering beyond mortal potatoes" made me chuckle. But hey, feel free to downgrade the textures to 2K with Cathedral Assets Optimizer. They have instructions on the mod page.
Spec map could use some tweaks as the vanilla one is weird. Try swapping out the green channel of the _s file with a leveled grayscale version of the _d file. That can really help tweak the spec map

Also thanks for the history lesson, it's fascinating to me how you can visit these locations in reality. I superficially got to do that through ESO's video: Sanctuary IN REAL LIFE Settlement Location! - YouTube
I'm going to try that.
