It does what it says. Disables all the pine tree's. Doesn't add anything new so the landscape becomes bare. Problem is some of the terrain are relying on having tree's a s support. For example there's a shack in the swamp area that's built upon tree's so now it's just floating mid air. The mod has potential if it's possible to add some other glowing sea mod over it.
Damn, yeah I couldn't explore enough afterwards, I am also using another version I did with the South of the Sea mod so... the problem is this is the only way to do it without deleting the trees manually and adjusting things here and there which would break performance in those cells as we all know, among other issues.
If people can live with this however and are still having problems I would suggest deleting my BA2 files and generating their own LOD with FO4Lodgen and the files I left as lose files in the mod archives which theoretically work as a resource for this specific thing (remember to load these AFTER desperados and check the esp too to trick LODgen into making the LODs for trees invisible) this way you will generate LOD according to your load order and will also get rid of the trees.
Can we see some pictures of the actual change? I've always wanted to use the desperados mod but have decided against it because of what they did to the glowing sea, which I found unimmersive considering that's where the bomb was dropped.

(it's being loaded after Desperados).
