Kudos for the effort you made in this mod. But(I'm _really_ technical and picky with PA stuff),to me,it sounds like there is some loose hardware somewhere on that suit. Like I'm running around with a bag of hardware(nuts, bolts, nails,a few soda cans) strapped to each leg. :/ Heh. Never played Stalker before, but,as an outdoorsman(and former military),I can tell you that you need to be able to hear your surroundings while moving thru (possibly) enemy-occupied wilderness. Fallout-4 vanilla-type suits are somewhat clunky, making it hard to imagine the possibility of a more supple type of suit that _is_ quieter. By it's nature,a real suit of augmenting-armor would be designed to move _with_ the wearer. Tightly. High- tech polymers and composite lightweight armor plating(not bulky!),matched with memory-metal 'muscles' tech(fewer servos) to assist movement. Any military gear meant to be used in-country needs be tough, but effective. Special forces types(elite, highly trained soldiers, not many of these guys) would be the ones actually using it in the field. Moving in it like a second-skin. *sigh* (Sorry. I started drooling). Yeah. Ranting. :/
honestly its a great mod but god damn its annoying hearing the same sounds when walking is really annoying i like the power armor footsteps tbh it fits nicely
Yeah hi, I made a post about it in the TALOS Exoskeleton Redux mod and they may have messed it up, but I may as well say it here as a potential heads up.
1. The 'foot movement' sounds are also heard when shooting and reloading guns so it may possibly replaced 'arm movement' sounds or It was a lazy Bethesda decision to just use one sound for all Power Armor movement. Very likely not your fault so it's not a bug.
2. Using controller to move as slow as possible while still having movement sounds, half of the steps are vanilla and the other half was S.T.A.L.K.E.R. so I'm guessing that you just tested with just a keyboard and mouse config and not a controller.
Hello, the Talos Exoskeleton is a nice mod and you even added this mod which is great but would you mind if i ask? Does this also change the sound when settlers or companions equips the Exoskeleton?
