    I suggest using Version 1.1
    It requires ELFX as master file, so it will automatically load after ELFX.

    Version 1.0 is no different, but you need to let it load after ELFX with an external mod manager or the ingame mod manager.

    Great fix! 
    My CTDs are now rare instead of being a continuous problem in settlements.

      Interesting. Yeah ELFX had some unsafe edits, the black box deletion being one of them. Glad to hear it seems to help with CTDs.

      i just checked the mod, yeah it fixes the same issue as this fix as well as many many others

      So it un-deletes the base game object? Its a really simple fix. Thanks to Buffout 4 and the crashlog scanner such issues can be spotted easier.

    does this mod only matter if you're also using Northern Whatevers?  or is it good to have it just in general?

      If other mods crash with ELFX, you can try this mod and see if it fixes the crashing.

    If you add ELFX as Master you don't have to worry about load order :P
